2. Data, Documents, and Conversations
- The platform supports storage and exchange of client documents, attachments, and service conversations.
- You should only upload, share, or process materials for which you have legal authority and consent.
- CA-Workflow may enforce technical controls for security, auditability, and controlled document access.
3. Billing, Subscriptions, and Payments
- Certain features may require active paid plans, invoices, or item-specific payment unlocks.
- Payment processing is handled through supported payment partners and governed by their operational flows.
- Taxes, invoicing information, and billing obligations remain the responsibility of the respective account owner.
4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
- You may not misuse, reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit platform functionality beyond permitted use.
- Unauthorized access attempts, abusive behavior, piracy, or policy circumvention may result in suspension.
- Violation severity may trigger account restrictions, termination, and legal escalation where required.
